Abraham H. MillerAbraham H. Miller is an emeritus professor of political science, University of Cincinnati. He served on the faculties of the University of California, Davis and the University of Illinois, Urbana. For a number of years he was a counterterrorism consultant to the National Institute of Justice. Currently, he is a contributor to the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity.
